Melissa Mugno is the CEO of Faceology and a leading educator in orofacial myofunctional therapy (OMT) and airway health. Dr. Jenna Davis, is a family chiropractor, focusing on family wellness. He has worked across hospital and community paediatric settings and is co-founder and Medical Director of the National Tongue Tie Centre (NTTC) in Ireland, where the team delivers multidisciplinary care to infants, children, and adults with oral dysfunction.Justin has developed a structured pathway of care bringing Functional Frenuloplasty to infants and children from three months of age. His surgical journey has progressed through scissors and diode laser to advanced CO2 laser technique, with a focus on selective fascial release working within tissue planes. He has completed extensive postgraduate training in this field, lectures internationally, and has developed professional education courses to share his clinical expertise.

Dr. Erick Galindo is a pediatrician based in Guadalajara, Mexico, whose clinical journey began with a focus on airway health, tongue-tie, and craniofacial development, but has gradually evolved into a broader integrative vision of pediatrics. His current work explores how feeding, swallowing, sleep, circadian rhythm, environmental exposures, nervous system regulation, and oral function interact to influence growth and health throughout childhood. While remaining grounded in conventional pediatric medicine, Dr. Galindo is passionate about bridging disciplines and helping clinicians think beyond isolated symptoms toward a more connected understanding of child development.

Dr. Juancho de Quixano is a Spanish dentist, researcher, and international lecturer whose work focuses on ankyloglossia, breastfeeding-related challenges, and orofacial function. He has extensive clinical experience in the assessment and treatment of tongue-tie across all age groups, working within multidisciplinary teams that include lactation consultants, speech and language therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
His interests include surgical management of ankyloglossia, pain perception in pediatric patients, airway development, and the functional impact of tongue mobility on feeding and craniofacial growth. Through his clinical, educational, and research activities, he advocates for evidence-based, patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
He currently combines clinical practice, teaching, and doctoral research, contributing to the growing understanding of tongue-tie and oral function.

Kate Roche is a Chartered Physiotherapist, IBCLC, and Paediatric Feeding Therapist, and co-founder and Clinical Director of the National Tongue Tie Centre in Ireland. She leads a multidisciplinary team of therapists and lactation consultants providing rehabilitative care to infants, children, and adults with oral dysfunction..Kate trained at the University of Liverpool and held clinical roles in Leeds and Southampton, where she led the regional neonatal service for preterm and high-risk infants, before relocating to Ireland. She is a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, and is registered with CORU. Over the years she has completed advanced training internationally in Feeding Therapy, Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, and Craniosacral Therapy, and now lectures at conferences worldwide

Beginning her clinical career in the United States after graduating from Washington University in St. Louis, she gained extensive experience supporting families in Chicago and San Diego before relocating to London and founding The Milk Practice in 2017.

Over the past decade, she has supported more than 2,000 families, with her work evolving beyond breastfeeding to encompass infant feeding, tongue-tie assessment and rehabilitation, oral function, airway health, primitive reflex integration, gut health, and nervous system regulation. Katrina Rogers is a Speech and Language Therapist and Clinical Specialist within the NHS, with additional experience in independent practice supporting children and adults with speech and language difficulties, airway-related concerns, and eating and drinking challenges.

As part of her fellowship, An International Journey to Bring Myofunctional Therapy to the UK, Katrina has studied with leading clinicians and researchers in the United States and is continuing her learning journey in Brazil. Her work focuses on the impact of tongue-tie and associated oral restrictions, exploring how these structural challenges can influence palate development, dental alignment, breathing, sleep, feeding, speech, and posture.

Through her fellowship, Katrina aims to raise awareness of oral structural and functional difficulties associated with tongue-tie and promote their inclusion within broader healthcare discussions. Her goal is to help strengthen multidisciplinary clinical care within the NHS and improve health outcomes for both children and adults.

Her international collaborations have connected her with respected clinicians across multiple disciplines, while her work in the UK has generated growing interest in myofunctional therapy and its role in supporting airway health, function, and overall wellbeing.

Amberin has spent the past decade on the Medical Team for British Gymnastics, she has travelled internationally with the team, and has covered all the major events such as the European Championships, World Championships and numerous World Cup events.

Amberin was selected to represent Osteopathy at the London 2012 Olympic Games. She was one of 25 selected across the country for the Core Medical Services provided by LOCOG and IOC. She was based in Athletes Village Polyclinic working with the best medical practitioners in their respective fields. The service was available to all Olympians from every country and event, allowing for an incredible insight into a variety of elite sports. Amberin is currently on the Faculty as a Technique Tutor at Europe’s leading university for osteopathy, The British School of Osteopathy (BSO). Amberin has successfully initiated a one of a kind project for the Government funded Surestart Projects in both Penge and Aylesbury. Amberin has now handed over the project to the BSO to carry on her legacy as the First Choice Programme for Cranial Osteopathy in South East London. She and her team are currently working on an international project in India, which she has initiated, to raise osteopathic awareness. Dr. Richard Baxter is a board-certified pediatric dentist, Fellow of the AAPD, and Diplomate of the American Board of Laser Surgery. He is an internationally-recognized speaker on tongue-ties, instructor of the acclaimed online course Tongue-Tied Academy, and lead author of the bestselling book Tongue-Tied: How a Tiny String Under the Tongue Impacts Nursing, Speech, Feeding, and More. He is passionate about educating parents and healthcare providers about the effects a tongue-tie can have throughout the lifespan. He lives in Birmingham, AL, with his wife, Tara, and their three girls, Hannah, Noelle, and Molly. He is the founder of the Alabama Tongue-Tie Center, where he uses the CO2 laser to release oral restrictions. He had a tongue-tie himself, and all of his girls were treated as infants, so this field is a personal one. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, and outdoor activities. He is a Small Group Leader at the Church at Brook Hills and participates in global missions projects around the world. 

Dr Krishnan is a UK-based dentist with over 30 years of clinical experience and a leading advocate for early-stage orthodontics, functional orthopaedics, and airway-focused care.
Dr Krishnan is the developer of Cfast, a pioneering cosmetic tooth alignment system used by general dentists worldwide, and  a Clinical Director with FMC, UK’s largest dental communications company, where he oversees clinical content and professional education.
A co-founder of the Society for Dentofacial Growth and Function (SDGF), he heads up a group of almost 400 multi-disciplinary professionals in the field of childhood dentofacial and airway development and as such he works to advance interdisciplinary collaboration in paediatric growth and function. He has published extensively, including his book, Early Stage Orthodontics: A Parent's Guide, and through his clinical work, teaching, and international speaking, he continues to champion a holistic approach to orthodontics that prioritises craniofacial development, airway health and long­ term patient wellbeing.

Dr. Neel Bulchandani is an integrative healthcare specialist, creator of the Floor 4™ Functional Mandibular Diaphragmatic Integration (FMDI) method, and pioneer of the Phase Shift approach. A chiropractor, bodyworker, movement educator, and teacher, he specializes in identifying and addressing the root causes of pain, tension, and dysfunction through a multidisciplinary approach.

Dr. Neel works with clients both in person and virtually and teaches healthcare professionals worldwide how to apply his methods in clinical practice. Heidi is a Certified Parenting Coach and Sleep Consultant with an MSc in Psychology and over 17 years of experience in the parenting industry. Rooted in a background spanning childcare, psychology, and training in infant sleep and feeding, Heidi has spent nearly two decades helping families make sense of some of the most exhausting and confusing seasons of early parenthood.  

At this conference, Heidi brings a unique lens to the intersection of tongue tie and sleep - exploring the patterns she sees time and again in babies and toddlers whose sleep struggles are deeply connected to oral function, and the real-world toll this takes on parents trying to navigate a system that doesn't always make it easy to find answers. Her approach blends clinical knowledge with genuine compassion, meeting families where they are and empowering them with the clarity they need to move forward.  

Heidi is the founder of Parenting with Heidi and works with families around the world through her coaching practice and online platform.

After obtaining her qualification in 2005 from The British School of Osteopathy in London, Lucy Rayner studied Classical Osteopathy at The Institute of Classical Osteopathy.

She went on to acquire the Diploma of Paediatric Osteopathy with The Osteopathic Centre for Children and completed the Diploma in Women's Health Osteopathy with the Molinari Institute of Health.

Lucy is dedicated to whole family health, treating men's and women's issues such as pelvic health, urogenital and gynaecological dysfunction and care for pregnancy, postpartum and the newborn.

Lucy enjoys the varied work that osteopathy can bring addressing whole body issues in a holistic approach to preventative healthcare, and works alongside dentists for the management and treatment of infant and adult cranial/dental/facial strains occurring through compromised airway health, malocclusion, trauma, tongue tie and birth strains. Lucy works closely with Lactation Consultants and Laser Dentists for the assessment and treatment of infants with feeding difficulties and digestive issues, including specialist multidisciplinary team care for tongue tie. In 2024 Lucy collaborated with two prominent laser dentists for the UK's first collaborations with Osteopath Guided Adult Tongue Tie Release Surgery.

With a special interest in gut-brain health, airway development, and functional competency, Jennifer focuses on the profound impact of infancy on lifelong health and wellbeing. She is known for supporting families facing complex breastfeeding challenges by integrating holistic modalities with advanced skills, including myofunctional therapy.

An international speaker, educator, and writer, Jennifer presents on topics such as breastfeeding, epigenetics, gut health, tongue-tie, and airway development. Derek Mahony is a Specialist Orthodontist based in Australia with further training in orofacial pain and sleep medicine. He owns Full Face Orthodontics, a group of practices across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania, across which he personally treats an average of 250 patients every week. A dedicated educator, he has taught thousands of clinicians both in theory and practice and is regularly invited to lecture and share his expertise around the world. His philosophy lies in early orthodontic intervention to minimise the unnecessary extraction of teeth, with a focus on improving the airway and the facial profile.

Dr. Stephanie Joy Sweeney is a general dentist, practice owner, and co-founder of Airway Academy with advanced training in temporomandibular disorders, dental sleep medicine, airway-focused dentistry, and tethered oral tissues. She completed a maxi-residency in TMJ and Sleep Medicine at Tufts University.

 At Savannah Dental, Dr. Sweeney takes a functional approach, examining the relationships among tongue mobility, craniofacial development, airway, occlusion, and temporomandibular joint health. Through Airway Academy, she helps dentists apply these connections to practical screening, diagnosis, and interdisciplinary treatment strategies.

 Her clinical and educational focus is identifying underlying functional contributors to symptoms rather than treating them in isolation.

Dr. Zaghi graduated from Harvard Medical School, completed residency in ENT (Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery) at UCLA, and Sleep Surgery Fellowship at Stanford University. The focus of his sub-specialty training is on the comprehensive treatment of nasal obstruction, snoring, and obstructive sleep apnea. He is very active in clinical research relating to sleep disordered breathing with over 80+ peer-reviewed research publications in the fields of neuroscience, head and neck surgery, and sleep-disordered breathing.

Dr. Zaghi practices in Los Angeles, CA as Medical Director of The Breathe Institute, which provides comprehensive functional and structural treatment options for pediatric and adult sleep and breathing issues. Dr. Zaghi is particularly interested in how tethered-oral tissues (such as tongue-tie) and oral myofascial dysfunction impact maxillofacial development, upper airway resistance syndrome, and obstructive sleep apnea.
